Hi, I am Mia, Wed by Steph’s cousin… AKA @memories.bymia and I captured the AMAZING video below of Steph and Luke’s first dance.

At 26 (almost) I am becoming somewhat of a professional wedding, hens, and baby shower guest. And being ‘that friend’ who also works in social media (Marketing Executive at Sephora) between sips of champagne and hugs you will find me with my iPhone out capturing the moments and the details then curating a story and reel to share with the world!

So, recently I thought I would take this unofficial role I have honed and mastered in the comfort of friends and family and share it with couples on their big day! My goal is to relieve your wedding party from the pressure of capturing the intimate moments, remove the fear of blurry photos shot by Aunties and provide you and your boo with a gallery of videos and photos for you to enjoy and share the day after your wedding and for many years to come.

You best believe I’ll be blending in with your guests snapping shots of your day. But unlike them, I relish in the details and the emotions. I’ll capture the real reactions during your ceremony, the pure joy of your first married moments in the portrait session, and the energy of your reception! Perhaps even more importantly, the moments you might have missed; your friends clinking glasses toasting to you on the back table, your Nan writing in your guest book, or the cocktail hour dancefloor that started while you were getting changed. And don’t worry, these precious moments won’t just live in your phone storage forever, all my packages include the creation of (at least one) reel for you to share while you are waiting on your full album or final film.

Capturing a friend’s wedding on an iPhone is nothing new but the notion of hiring a content creator to do so certainly is and is set to make waves in the industry in 2024. Just as a second dress and champagne tower have almost become a given at weddings these days, I believe within 5 years, so will the Content Creator. Pioneered by the likes of Sofia Richie Grainge it is THE BEST way to have high-quality, real, and raw content to share on your social platforms in the days after your wedding.

You do NOT have to be an influencer to have a content creator, just someone who values capturing snippets of your special day to relive and share with your special people.
